Decorated Alpine Barrel From The 19th Century.

Alpine barrel (probably Queyras) in monoxyl wood, circled with iron, and entirely decorated with rosettes, from the 19th century. That the men took full to subsist during their daily work, also used for mountain rescue. Complete with its iron handle, its pouring spout and its original stopper. Small barrel rare to find in good original condition. Beautiful object of folk art. Length: 20 cm, height with handle: 20 cm, width at the widest point 10.5 cm.
