Beautiful rectangular box covered by superb green petit grain shagreen, silver frame and hinge, period silver mirror (tired, sorry,) placed under lid, framed by gold thread braids attesting that this box, during 18th century, contained beauty accessories, bottles, flies, powder puff, etc.
The previous owner covered inside by a pretty brown velvet, Good condition, without flaws.
Dating: probably Louis XV transition, 18th century. 7.5cm x 5.5cm x 4cm.
