VENERIE dagger signed by a furnisher from PARIS. (To be identified) Ebony handle. Silver mount, chiseled with rockery, hallmarked. Guard with two inverted quillons. Straight blade, with flat back, counter-edged, marked on the heel on both sides with a furnisher in Paris (to be identified). Leather scabbard, with two silver fittings, with embossed decoration of military attributes. (small losses to the leather). Silver dart at the head. Size at sight: Total length: 72 cm Blade length: 55 cm BE Circa 1770
