"Coffee Table, Stamped L. Aubry, 18th Century "
Drum-shaped living room table, Transition period, stamped L. AUBRY + JME (jurande of Master Cabinetmakers). It is in satin veneer surrounded by green-tinted fillets, in violet and amaranth wood frames. The 4 legs are arched and fitted with closed gilt bronze clogs, a sign of quality. Its top is Carrara marble surrounded by an openwork gilt bronze gallery. It opens on the front with 3 superimposed drawers, separated by visible crosspieces. Its top measures 50 cm in length and 37 cm in width. The height is 78 cm. It is in very good condition. Louis Aubry (1741 - March 21, 1814) received Master in 177
