Metronome by BRADE made circa 1910.
Created by George Frédéric BRADE 1900, patent extension 1904.
Pyramidal shape from cast metal.
On the right side a lever allows opening of doors on front revealing the pendulum and its cursor. Key winder. Width: 106 mm Height: 185 mm weight: 0.9 kg.
Condition: good, both for the baroque body from cast white metal, and for mechanism, which still feels young and clicks the cadences correctly.
The paper dial has however yellowed, and has undergone a glueing, not very visible.
