Numerous scenes and profiles in medallion around the edge, on an ochre yellow background and enhanced with gold. Black interior and underside with gold decoration of scrolls and flowers. It opens and closes perfectly. Presence of friction and small losses underneath. Beautiful Persian object from the 19th century.
