Magnificent table lamp, imposing, mid-century Scandinavian design style, large foot in relatively light turned wood, carved in the mass with large free wooden ring. Mounting on the top, original socket and wire (black) screwed onto a washer at the top, large vintage lampshade in creamy white/off-white fabric (nylon?), circled with gold and brown plastic at the base and at the top, elongated and flattened shape. Foot 37cm total height, 15cm max diameter (ring). 63cm total height with lampshade, 34-36cm max width of lampshade, 20cm max depth of lampshade. Wire length approximately 1m. It can be used as a floor lamp but will also look superb on a console or chest of drawers. Unsigned. Very good general condition, two cracks in the woodwork at the base, not very disturbing, some marks of rubbing and use, relatively discreet, clean lampshade. Functional. Approximately 3.5 kg.
