Beautiful and fine painting of a lake landscape by Leon Fleury. Typical of the Barbizon school, beautiful oil on canvas with a pond surrounded by forest, a boat on the shore and a small house in the background. Large trees with autumnal leaves enhance the scene. A light mist seems to inhabit the painting. Very good condition, no loss or restoration, a little humidity on the reverse. 80 cm by 40 cm without frame, circa 1860.
