Small scholar's vase in hard porcelain. Brilliant apple green cracked glaze. Elegant shape. This type of small vase was part of a set of 8 scholar's objects, which were placed in front of him on his work table. These small vases received seasonal flowers, the contemplation of which encouraged meditation. Glued neck. Height: 125mm.
