*Building built in the 17th century on a site of medieval origin, then enlarged in the 18th by return wings.
A major transformation campaign was carried out between 1870 and 1900. The castle consists of an east wing and a south wing in return from the 18th century. From 1891, work to extend and redesign the west façade overlooking the courtyard was led by the architect Delarue (creating a timber-framed gallery on the upper floor; re-cladding the façades; building towers to house the staircases; raising the roofs; creating a pavilion at the end of the south wing).
The château is in keeping with the Norman and Louis XIII styles. It is accompanied by a set of outbuildings, a dovecote, and a park designed by Georges Aumont.
