Originally from the Hauts de France region, born in Aisne, in Anicy-le-Château, he graduated from the Beaux-Arts de Laon, a self-taught painter, he could have made a career as a professional cyclist, but the love of painting was the strongest. Based in Montpellier, he will exhibit throughout the Midi Pyrénées region. Then the light and colors of the Alpilles attract him and he will live permanently in Fontvieille. Not far from the famous Moulin d'Alphonse Daudet. His very eclectic work ranges from the Alpilles landscapes depicting Provençal cabins to fields of olive trees, lavender, and poppies. The small fishing ports of the Mediterranean coast deeply inspire him. Hyper-realistic still lifes with bouquets of flowers in a thousand colors. But also series on the famous Venice Carnival and these beautiful Venetian masks. His work on bullfighting and the beautiful Arlesiennes is also surprisingly lively and full of movement.
