Oil on canvas depicting a bouquet of roses by Pierre Nicolas Euler (1846-1913), a famous French artist born in Lyon and specializing in still lifes and bouquets of flowers. After training at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Lyon, he exhibited at the Salon in the same city from 1875, then in Paris, where he won numerous medals. Several French museums hold some of his works, such as those in Lyon, Montpellier, Genoble and Angers.
Original canvas and frame in perfect condition. No restoration. Very pretty and decorative painting.
The canvas measures 92cm high by 73cm wide, and with the frame, the painting measures 112cm by 95cm
