Rare Japanese Kidijoten statuette, 19th century in white porcelain with polychrome enamel decoration representing a seated woman, in a graceful and peaceful posture and dressed in a richly decorated kimono. Figure of Japanese Buddhism, she is associated with the goddess Kichijōten, a female deity of beauty, luck and prosperity in the Japanese Buddhist pantheon. Japanese work from the late 19th century.
