"French Cloth Pierrot Attributed To The Aap Parisian Worshop Run By Stefania Lazarska"
This 10” Pierrot is unmarked but shows characteristics similar to other AAP creations realised by Polish artist during and shortly after WWI in Paris. In fair played with condition, this Commedia dell’Arte character has the face lined with very fine silk which has disintegrated, here snd there. The painted features are still there and so is the sewn on artificial silk costume. The body is made of stuffed cotton cloth with the typical AAP slim shape of the hands. It comes with a contemporary resin colorful sofa.
