Today exhibited in various French museums such as Menton and Toulon. He is one of the most eminent painters of the Côte d'Azur of the XXth. It was in 1938 that the artist moved to Toulon, a city which is frequently found in his paintings. His artistic production consists of seaside, racecourses and interior scenes. Adept at pastel tones, he frequently places his characters in a movement which is expressed by the absence of details in the representation of bodies and faces .Enrolled at the Toulon School of Fine Arts in 1941, he frequented the painter Eugène Baboulène. The works of the two artists traveled throughout France and the world thanks to the Drouant David gallery founded by Emmanuel David and Armand Drouant in 1942.
