Beautiful bronze vase decorated with cherubs in the clouds by Jules Meliodon (1867-1940), illustrious Louchet founder. Very beautiful piece typical of the art-nouveau period with this vase all in curves and natural movements. No straight line, not even the neck, cut like a wave. Fine faces of cherubs in polished bronze emerge from moving clouds with a medal patina. Very beautiful quality of the chiseling, the faces of the children attest to it; Perfect condition, 15 cm high, signed "Jules Méliodon" on the side and dated 1896. We find the stamp of the founder sopus the base "Louchet". Superb art-nouveau vase, very original. The very expression of art-nouveau with this vase with asymmetrical and natural shapes.
