Mahogany console table, Louis XVI period, late 18th century. Adorned with gilt bronze rods, ebony and brass fillets. Carrara marble top surrounded by an openwork gilt bronze gallery. The apron opens with a hidden drawer, the sides are beautifully curved. Clover lock with its original key in working order. It rests on four fluted columns, finished with spinning top feet with gilt bronze rings and sabots. Mahogany crotch shelf, mirror back and oak frame. French polish finish. Very good overall condition.
