Important Louis XVI period bureau plat, stamped Jean-François Dubut Visible on all sides, it opens on the front with four drawers, one of which is double. The top is covered in full-grain leather in a "gold" color, decorated with a heated, gilded and tone-on-tone iron decoration. Two retractable side shelves are discreetly housed under the top. The top is framed by its original astragal. 18th century Parisian desk in satin veneer, amaranth and boxwood fillets, resting on four sheath legs ending in gilt bronze sabots.
