Gilded Wood Mirror, Regency Period
Mirror from the first half of the 18th century in carved and gilded wood, richly decorated with scrolls, lambrequins, palmettes, acanthus leaves, the pediment presents a stylized openwork and flowered basket, 2 pairs of birds facing each other. We took care to preserve the original gilding, after cleaning it underwent some retouching by a specialist craftsman. The glass, which is not mercury, does not show any alteration.
