Pair Of Empire Mahogany Armchairs
Pair of Empire mahogany armchairs featuring scrolled armrests intricately carved with lotus flower motifs. They rest on four saber legs, typical of the period. The upholstery, in a silky fabric adorned with golden crown-head cords, was redone by a professional upholsterer. The cushion is traditionally filled with goose feathers.
