Beautiful Empire period giltwood bergère armchair. Armrests with detached columns topped with balls, backrest carved with palmettes, sabre-shaped rear legs, front legs with connecting dice carved with rosettes. Seat covered in a very beautiful brocaded silk, and in its old gilding (some wear but nice patina). Total height: 95 cm Width: 61 cm Depth: 57 cm
