Late 18th Century Pair Of Neoclassical Mirrors With Crystals
Elegant
pair of drop-shaped mirrors from the neoclassical period. These mirrors feature
a frame adorned with crystals set in almond shapes, beads, and floral motifs.
The ornate crest displays a floral cluster decoration, also enhanced with
crystals. The mirror glass is etched with a delightful floral design, depicting
a bouquet of flowers with a prominently visible rose at the center. Originally
conceived as appliques, the mirrors are distinguished by their modest size and
are in excellent condition. Very elegant and refined, they can tastefully
enhance any environment. Tuscan craftsmanship dating back to the late 18th
century.
