Lovely oil on elegant framed wooden panel showing a still life with a richly flowered basket accompanied by cherries, a pollinating butterfly and a snail. All placed on a table and against a black background. High quality work with a remarkable play on light. Work in very good condition with a cracked varnish to recall the paintings of the great masters, signed lower right J.Vacher for Jacqueline Vacher born in 1923. Presence of a beautiful style frame which matches well. Work size 25x17.5cm
