Fine and delicate drawing executed in pen and sepia wash. The work represents a village street animated by characters and animals. It bears a signature and a date. "J. Powell 1810". Joseph POWEL is a British painter who exhibited in London between 1808 and 1834. He also painted on Porcelain. Presented in a pine frame and darker wood fillets.
