Small Marquetry Coffee Table, Transition Louis XV Louis XVI Style – Mid-19th Century
Elegant small table in mahogany and rosewood and rosewood marquetry, in the Louis XV – Louis XVI Transition style, dating from the 19th century. Its oval top, richly decorated with a diamond motif, is encircled by a bronze rod finely chiseled with pearls and acanthus leaves. It opens at the waist with a drawer equipped with a working lock, a finely worked bronze entry and its key. The uprights are decorated with delicate ribboned floral falls. The curved legs at the bottom, finished with bronze sabots, are joined by two crotch shelves, bringing a touch of balance and refinement to the whole.****************Period: Mid-19th centuryExcellent condition after restoration in our cabinetmaking workshop.Varnished finishDelivery possible in France and internationally on estimate.Dimensions:Length: 50 cmWidth: 38 cmHeight: 75 cmReference: 254V
