Pine Cone Restoration Period
Beautifully sized pine cone (28 cm high) in carved gilded wood. The carved palmette at the base is typical of the Restoration period (1830). Its quality of execution and its size make it a beautiful decorative object. The sculpture is in perfect condition, chips in the gilding with missing gilding on one side (close-up photo).
