"Asymmetrical Tank Ring With Old Cut Diamonds, Pink And Synthetic Rubies On Rose Gold"
Tank ring from the 1940s in 750/°° rose and white gold (18 KT, owl hallmark). It offers a beautiful asymmetrical volume with a growing movement, the volume of which is perfectly balanced by two gadroons, one in white gold, paved with old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, the other in rose gold paved with synthetic rubies in baguettes. The synthetic stones correspond to this period, during which jewelers used them due to the lack of availability of natural stones...they therefore contribute to the authenticity of the ring. These baguettes echo the rectilinear arrangement of the ring itself. This is therefore, as a whole, very representative of its time: beautiful volume, use of pink and white gold, old-cut diamonds and calibrated rubies....And above all, by its design, this ring presents a very structured, balanced and architectural design, balancing the flat volumes with the domed ones, the flat gold with set parts, diamonds and colored stone....and always, in a perfect ergonomics which allows to wear beautiful volumes without feeling them.Total weight of diamonds estimated at approximately 0.15 caratGross weight: 11.45 gCondition: imperceptible micro-scratches on the gold parts and natural inclusions in the stones not visible to the naked eyeFinger size: 53 - possible resizing to be assessed by our workshop (current diameter 1.75 cm / US size 6.5)Possibility of payment entirely remotely via the site.
