Vautrait or Louvetier dagger, with wolf heads, XIX° - II° Empire period. Vertically fluted ebony shaft, bronze pommel with open-mouthed wolf head and right ear with rivet button. Flat blade with double-edged median edge, 14 cm. Quillon crossguard ending at the end with closed-mouthed wolf heads and floral decoration. Crossguard ring with petal flower. Remains of red tie on the heel of the blade. Brass scabbard with loop strap and ornate boule rivet.
