Bibliography
Born in 1895 in Geneva, Alexandre Rochat studied from 1908 to 1913 at the École des Beaux-Arts in Toulouse and from 1924 to 1927 in several private schools in Paris. He traveled extensively in France, Italy and Spain before settling in Geneva.
Alexandre Rochat exhibited in numerous group exhibitions at the Museums of Fine Arts in Basel and Bern and at several national exhibitions of Swiss painting, notably in 1962 in Schaffhausen, with 15 representative Swiss artists.
