Pair Of Empire Style Vases
Artist: Moulin Des Loups Et Hamage
In 1923, after the First World War, a production based on Provins clay resumed in Orchies. The company changed its name to Faïences et Porcelaines de Saint-Amand-Orchies-Hamage, then Manufacture du Moulin des Loups-Hamage. It then had five factories: two in Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, one in Wandignies-Hamage, one in Orchies, the last in Provins. This pair of vases in fine earthenware close to porcelain is a beautiful example of the manufacture of the Moulin des Loups, notably the Sèvres blue and the gilding in the state which only asks to be revived. The bases are in bronze. Shipped by us with custom packaging and insurance. France 50€
