Magnificent solid walnut Biedermeier armchair from South Germany circa 1830-40. Solid walnut with beautifully grained armrests and a gently curved back and legs. Newly upholstered and reupholstered in black teddy (boucle) fabric and trim. Restored, stable, and with an excellent shellac polish.
