Art Nouveau Ceramic Bas-relief From Graniton
Wall plaque with a profile decoration of a young woman with hibiscus flowers in her hair, in pastel colors and with a cracked glaze.
Graniton, a Czech factory founded in 1907 in Svijany-Podolí by Josef Rydl and Karel Thon and closed in 1928, which production has been recently rediscovered, collaborated with prestigious artists. Its production includes several sought-after cubist pieces, notably by Pavel Janák.
