Julien Stappers (1875-1960) is a Belgian painter who painted mainly flowers and still lifes with remarkable results.
He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp and then exhibited his works in Brussels.
It should be noted that the oil painting has acarved and lacquered wooden frame contemporary with the painting.
The oil painting and the frame are carefully and professionally restored.
