This elegant composition features a shepherd with his flock of sheep, fishermen in a boat, a mountainous lake landscape, a distant village, a house, and a tower beneath a blue sky. It brings together all the typical themes and decorative elements of 18th-century Italian painting.

The painting is preserved "in its own juice": unrestored, unperforated, and ideally to be cleaned (we can take care of this upon request).
On the back, an old label reads: "Italian school, inscription in three lines lower right corner", the content of which remains to be revealed through a future cleaning.
