"Napoleon III Boulle Regulator"
Beautiful regulator in Boulle marquetry , brass on a red tortoiseshell background , very beautiful ornamentation of gilded bronzes. Dial with enameled cartouches , on the top the god Chronos and his gilded bronze scythe, symbol of time. Louis XV style ; Napoleon III period ; a French work circa 1870 - 1880.
This grandfather clock is in its original condition , to be restored (little damaged).
