"Wrought Iron Toaster, Late 18th - Early 19th Century"
Wrought iron toaster, late 18th - early 19th century. It was used in the hearth to toast bread in slices, placed on the retaining hooks. The whole thing was presented in front of the flame. It is assembled by riveting exclusively. The wooden handle is original (many traces of worms). The handle is mounted on a ring serving as a hinge. Good condition. Width 20 cm, height 16 cm
