Natural History Subject - taxidermy Avocet naturalized. Superb old specimen in perfect condition: the beak is intact (rare). Trè.s beautiful bird, beautiful presence Dated: 01-66; signed by the taxidermist under the wooden base (not identifiable signature). All stuffed birds we sell or osteology objects are ancient specimens dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century (pre-Washington Convention).
