We present this framed gouache drawing by the painter Horace CASTELLI, born in London in 1825 and died in Courbevoie on March 4, 1889. He was a French wood engraver and illustrator who was greatly influenced by Achille DEVERIA and especially by Gustave DORE. He is known for his work on the works of the Countess of Ségur (literature). Our drawing represents an assembly of eight characters. Shipping extra (E25)
