Description: Elegant baptismal font in breccia pernice marble, a refined example of Lombard sacred furnishing from the late 1600s. The piece stands out for the rich coloration of the marble, in warm reddish and ochre tones, and for the harmony of its proportions, featuring a wide, well-turned basin supported by a baluster-shaped shaft.
The play of natural veining, enhanced by a mirror-like polish, gives the surface a highly decorative and captivating appearance.
