Antique Console Table Napoleon III France 19th Century.

Antique console with Napoleon III marble top, entirely carved and gilded, belonging to the second half of the 19th century.

The marble top rests on a band under the top carved with vegetal scrolls and with a cartouche in the center with a mirror engraved with a vase with flowers.

The four feet are wavy and are enriched by the presence of a floral motif carving and end with a shell.

A finely carved mixtilinear cross connects the four feet and has a large cymatium in the center.

Origin: France 19th century
