Pair of stained glass windows with a finely decorated fountain and floral scrolls. Silver yellow painting on clear cathedral glass. Artist: Gustave Pierre Dagrant (1839-1915). At the end of the 19th century, the company was at its peak and Gustave Pierre sat on several learned societies as well as the municipal council. The Dagrant house extended its market well beyond the borders of France. He worked extensively in Italy. In 1883, Pope Leo XIII awarded him the Cross of Saint Sylvester and in 1888 Gustave Pierre was appointed stained glass painter of St. Peter's Basilica in Rome and one of the drawings was donated to the Musée d'Aquitaine.
