Rare first world war combat knife made by Clemen & Jung. Steel construction with two wooden grip plates held on by three steel rivets. Note the special shape of the grip typical for Clemen & Jung. Steel cross guard plate. Steel blade with signs of corrosion and sharpening. The frontside of the blade is stamped with the imperial crown. The backside of the blade is stamped with the Clemen & Jung “Z”-Shield logo. Black painted steel scabbard with visible corrosion. Lightly worn black leather belt loop with working star symbol snap button.
