Paul Ramond is a painter born in Toulouse who exhibited many times at the Salon des Artistes Méridionaux, the Salon de l'Union Artistique, also in Toulouse, the Salon d'Automne at the Palais des Champs-Élysées and many others. He joined the Toulouse Association of Toulouse residents in 1931, sponsored by his friend Paul Mesplé, also a painter. Following him, Edouard Bouillières also joined the association.
