Drawing teacher at the high school of Toulon, he exhibited at the Salon des Indépendants from 1923 and at the Salons des Artistes Normands and Salons des Artistes Français from 1925 as well as in various Parisian and provincial galleries. He became known for his exclusive use of the palette knife[1]. His works are kept at the Museum of Fine Arts of Saint-Lô.
