"Set Of Four Oak "caquetoires" Chairs "
Beautiful set of four caquetoires, these high-backed chairs typical of Renaissance furniture. These four oak seats were composed in the 19th century partly with antique elements. They are richly carved with motifs of plant garlands, trophies of arms (arrows, helmets) of a date (1550), and inlaid with pink and gray marble plaques (one is missing). One of the chairs has differences with the other three: base in the form of fluted pilasters and seat with cut sides instead of baluster legs and the semi-circular seat. The set is in very good condition, stable and perfectly functional. Will perfectly decorate a beautiful interior.
