Bronze with antique green patina - signed on the base. Born in 1908, Wakayama Prefecture. In 1928, he enrolled in the sculpture department of the Tokyo School of Fine Arts, a student of Takaji Shimizu. Graduated in 1933 - then advanced diploma in 1935.
