"Carved Wooden Holy Water Crucifix "
Beautiful carved wooden crucifix decorated with flowers, foliage and bunches of grapes receiving in the upper part a Christ in patinated metal (possibly copper) and in the lower part a holy water font made of a natural shell. This object may evoke a work of the 18th century but given the assembly, it probably dates from the 19th century. Impeccable condition. On the back, brass hanging bracket. Without any mark or indication. Height 63 cm Width at the arms of Christ 19.5 cm Width at the holy water font 23 cm Shell depth 14
