Cup Ca. 1550, Durantino Workshop.

Important ceramic plate - cup from the prestigious Urbino - Casteldurante factory, produced around the mid-16th century in the workshop of the famous ceramist Guido Durantino.
The cup, measuring approximately 20 cm in diameter, is in perfect condition and maintains a bright and vivid chromaticity.
The representation features a holy apostle with a cross and book in his hand, to be identified as Saint John the Apostle depicted in full figure, standing out in a landscape with the typical features and stylizations of Urbino ceramics from the mid-16th century.
