Lazar Volovick (1902-1977) is a painter of Russian origin, naturalized French, known for his work marked by expressionism and a strong human sensitivity. Arriving in France in the 1920s, he settled in Paris, where he frequented the artistic circles of Montparnasse. Volovick developed a personal style mixing intense colors and powerful strokes, often focused on the human figure, scenes of daily life and portraits. Good general condition, some paint losses to report. Original frame. Dimensions without frame: 55 / 46 cm
