The "Maison Millet" was founded in Paris in 1853. A highly talented specialist in the reproduction of 18th century furniture, Millet produced very high quality furniture and art bronzes. He received the highest awards, such as the Gold Medal at the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889 or the Grand Prix at the Universal Exhibition of 1900.
The Maison Millet survived until 1918.
